Joseph J. Zoppi

Managing Partner and Co-Founder

Joseph J. Zoppi is a Managing Partner and Co-Founder at Crusader Real Estate Investments. He is responsible for overseeing all functions within Templar with a particular emphasis on acquisitions, investor relations and disposition for all multifamily properties in the selected markets.

His passion is helping his investors achieve financial freedom by reducing their dependency on conventional income and investments such as stocks, bonds, and IRAs so they can pursue their own dreams. In addition to pursuing attractive risk-adjusted returns for his investors, Joseph strives to enhance the life of every tenant, team member, and individual that comes into contact with Templar.

Joseph also co-founded Templar Real Estate Enterprises the parent company of Crusader Real Estate Investments and Templar Cash For Houses which invests in single family houses for rehab, hard money and transactional funding. Before Templar, Joseph held multiple executive positions for high-end IT consulting firms working with Fortune 100 financial companies.

Joseph is a member of the Forbes Real Estate Council. He has been interviewed for major news reporting services including Forbes, Fox, Builder Magazine, NJ.com to name a few. In addition, he has a weekly Real Estate Talk radio show.

Angie Walko

President and Co-Founder

Angie Walko is President and Co-Founder at Crusader Real Estate Investments. In this capacity, she manages Templar’s day-to-day business activities and oversees all transactions and operations including asset management, legal affairs, leasing, reporting, accounting, due diligence, and risk control. Ms. Walko also structures and oversees all of Templar’s joint venture, equity, and debt transactions.

Angie also co-founded Templar Real Estate Enterprises the parent company of Crusader Real Estate Investments and Templar Cash For Houses, which invests in single family houses for rehab, hard money, and transactional funding.

Before Templar, Angie held multiple executive positions in the insurance industry with an emphasis on Quality Assurance for high-end IT consulting firms working with Fortune 100 financial companies. Angie also manages all charity operations in the support and betterment of people in need, ranging from veterans to inner-city families.
